This lecture explores the nature of the human self, known as the nafs, and explains how understanding oneself is the key to knowing God. The speaker connects Islamic teachings about the nafs and Hadith al-Kisa with scientific concepts like DNA sequences and the golden ratio. Various prophets are discussed as reflections of the spiritual reality of Prophet Muhammad and Ahl al-Bayt. Ultimately, the lecture emphasizes that true closeness to God is achieved through taqwa and connection with Ahl al-Bayt.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim wa sallallahu ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala ahli baytihi tayyibin tahirin. Allahumma salli ala Muhammad wa Ali Muhammad. Insha Allah, our lecture is going to be today about the nafs, the self. Who are you exactly? We have many narration from Ahl al-Bayt, alayhim, stated saying, "If you want to know your God, you have to know yourself." And we flip so much with the books saying, who is exactly our self is?
Who is us? We struggle, for example, where someone start 14, 15 years old, we always search for this self. Who will be exactly? Is it the self being a doctor or an officer, or whatever it is? Or the self me I find myself inside the religion or outside the religion? And and at that time I start asking myself, who is really God is? It will be a struggle. Every single one of you here, even he passed that struggle, or he's passing it now, or he's going to pass it in the future.
Because it's an obligation, Allah Azza wa Jalla, he gave you all this organs, too much emotions, too much hormones inside you, too much thinking. The process of the brain is so powerful, believe me. Me, for example, or you looking at me, it will every single one second will consume from your brain 1,000, 1 million bit per second. That's will be like a super computer, just for you look looking at someone. Imagine the process of the thoughts.
What is it exactly? Where does it take you? I'm going to tie all my lecture to something very important with Shia, very, very important called Hadith al-Kisa. You knowing who exactly you are is connected to Hadith al-Kisa. And it's very strange. Many people think, they will say, "What is the relationship between Hadith al-Kisa and you knowing yourself?" Especially for the youngsters here. "What is the different, what is the connection between you and Hadith al-Kisa?"
I'm going to mention Hadith al-Kisa for some of you who didn't hear about it. Hadith al-Kisa very fast because Hadith al-Kisa is like 10 minutes. It's like a narration, but I want you to always remember remember it, because to us, and I have proven this for four years, if you are constructed from a DNA, your DNA, you know, when you put it under the microscope, is what make you you, the DNA of the DNA that make you is Hadith al-Kisa.
I will show you where, and I will give you all the proofs. You see, I can claim whatever I want, but I have to give you proofs, right? Because you cannot just say yes, yes, you're right, and you have to ask me for proofs. Over here we'll start by the proof. But before that, I will talk about Hadith al-Kisa. Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, he came to the house of Fatima. Remember that, a house of Fatima. He knocked on a door.
He said, "Will you give me permission to go inside your house?" Sayyidah Zahra said, "For sure, my father, you are you, you know, you are everything for me. Please go ahead, come in." I'm going to say it very fast. So he said, "Can you please bring me the Kisa al-Yamani? I want to cover myself with and I want to rest in your room." She said, "Yeah, please go ahead." After that, I want you to follow the sequence. Sequence is very important.
Many people, they read Hadith al-Kisa without following the sequence. Imam Ali did not come the second after Rasulullah. The the second who came after Rasulullah is who? Is Imam al-Hasan, right? Imam al-Hasan came after Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and he said, "I I it's it's smelling like the the smell, the perfume of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam." Is he in, how are how she said, "Yes, go in." And he asked Rasulullah to be under the Kisa, and then he went under the Kisa.
And then after that Imam al-Hussein, you see? We have Imam Hasan, Imam Hussein. It's very important to follow the sequence. All my lecture I'm going to use the sequence. If you look at the DNA, your DNA now under the if you put it under the microscope, you only find five sequences inside the DNA. Five sequences, you need to remember that very well. In the flower of life, you find five sequences, five circles and something else, we later will study that.
Everything in religion exist in science. It's an essential thing when Allah Azza wa Jalla said, "Be and it will be," it has to be by a science. Allah Azza wa Jalla, he teach us that. There's no we have something called miracle, right? Miracle when he gave, for example, the power to Isa to raise al-mawta, right? To to bring back. This is the we call it miracle. Other than that, it's science. It's very connected together.
So after that, Imam Ali came in to the house and he went under the Kisa, and after after that Sayyidah Zahra, she came under that under the blanket. I want you to think about Hadith al-Kisa from this perspective. If Imam Ali came second after Rasulullah, he will not be a good person to be married to Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra. I wanted you to remember that very well. Imam Ali came the fourth and Sayyida Fatima came the fifth to inside under the kisa.
And in science, can we find this? Can we find Hadith al-Kisa in science? Yeah, we can find it. There is something called the golden ratio. Golden ratio speak about al-Kisa very clearly. The young lady over here, she said, she asked me about the hijab. From where the hijab came in? The essential of hijab? The essence of hijab? It came from al-Kisa, Hadith al-Kisa. In the golden ratio theory, you'll see one, golden ratio equal one over two plus square root of five.
What does it square root of five mean? Who who who know? What does square root of five mean? I'm not saying what does it equal to, I'm saying what does it mean. It does mean al-Kisa. You see? If you see the number five and then we have the square root, square root is is the Kisa. You see? It is connected very very very strangely. Science is connected with religion very very very very like it is like one to me. You know, if you look at everything in science, you'll find it there.
So Allah when he said for the ladies to wear a hijab, it is from the Kisa. The square root in mathematics equal the Kisa for the ladies. So when Allah in Surah an-Nur or Surah an-Nisa, when he starts speaking about who can look at the woman, he said the father and the mother and and everyone related to her, right? You see that in in a in a square root it's it's closed from one side and it's open from the other side. You see?
If Allah he doesn't want to anybody look at the woman, he will close it from both sides. If now you ask what does a square root in mathematics mean, nobody knows. They say who bring square root to mathematics? Nobody knows. Why? Because Allah created it. And prophets, they were teaching this us to us. They were teaching this to us. You see, did you get the connection or no? You want me to repeat it back? No, so we continue.
Now, now I'm just giving you the definition. I didn't go into subject yet, because I have many new faces here and in the future, I'll just go immediately to the subject. So in Hadith al-Kisa, we have those five, they came in. What is this what is the connection between Hadith al-Kisa and knowing yourself? Now I will go to Hadith Amir al-Mu'minin, Salamullahi alayhi to Kumayl. He said, Kumayl, he asked him, he said, what is the nafs?
What is it the nafs? Who we are exactly inside? That's important for you guys to understand, because knowing yourself is knowing who is your God. I want you to always remember that. If someone ask you why you are a Muslim, you'll be you don't begin by God is all unlimited, he's so powerful, he's so on because even while you're trying to define God, you're not going to get the definition. You have to define yourself through God.
That's very important. Now, the Christians, Christian people, they always at the beginning of Christianity, they kept saying, you know, he is the son of God. And then in the middle age, I mean, after like a few hundred years, because people start laughing, leaving the Christian belief, they said, he was God. You know, he came in a form of human, because they want him to be close to, you know, to the people. And then after that, he said, he is God and he's making everyone of you God.
So do whatever you want, but believe on him. And maybe in the future, I'm not get, I'm not sure what going to say, they they will say the Christian, they will say, you are better than God. for you to stay Christian. But in in Shia or in Islam, it's completely reverse. So who exactly you are? And that's important. Now, when you look at your body, look at your body, you see few things. Are you able to talk to yourself now?
You see, you'll say, I like that, you know, inside my head. I'm now speaking loudly, and then something inside me said, no, I like that better. Does this happen with you or no? Who is talking to who? Yeah, you're talking to yourself. Is that make you crazy, you know? Now we're not talking about schizophrenia, you know, I'm I'm telling you, you are really talking to someone else, not just yourself. I'm going to show you how.
You have something inside your head over here called the brain. The brain is a machine that process everything and it has its own personality. Your brain has its own personality. But who shaped the brain? The nafs shape the brain. What is the nafs? Is yourself, it's what's make you you. It doesn't exist anywhere here. Inshallah later, future will go deeper into that. It does not it is inside your head, but it can speak with your brain.
Let me show you how. I'll give you a proof. When Allah for example create a young kid, a very like newborn, this this newborn he want to eat. What does it do? He start crying, right? So the cry action, now we're going to a little bit more technical, you know, a little bit more technical. I want you to follow me. If you have any question, please ask it. This little kid he will start crying. The crying is a process of what?
Of it's a mechanic process. Someone ordered his head to cry, and then his head started using the tools inside his body to start crying, to start giving the voice for the mother, so so the mother can know he is hungry, right? So the first process now is the Nuf's teaching the brain what to do. Later, the Nuf does not ask the brain anymore. The brain immediately he will know when the when the the kid the newborn is, I'm sorry, is hungry, immediately he will start crying.
You see, this is the difference. While we are growing, Allah every single age he will give us some information. He will give us something to live. And then your brain will start processing that and will make the personality. So, now your brain is your shape, he shaped him. When we are 15 years old, what's happening? Too many too many, too many hormones inside your body. You didn't feel that before. Now you want to have this revolution, you are so strong, you want to change the world, you want to go to the moon, you know, the moon is not enough for you, you want to make colonies in different planets.
And then when we reach 40, man, we go down. We we'll be so happy if we have a car and a house and we finished all the payments. We'll be so happy with that. So, why? Because now we don't have all these hormones. Now, why? Because the the brain was under that influence of the hormones. That's very important. So, inside you, you have the self and the brain. Someone else can ask me, where did the spirit goes? Okay, where does the spirit exist inside your head or inside your heart or inside?
For example, now if I have a heart transplant, before the used to say, it's inside the heart. Why? Because Allah said "وهو أقرب إليه من حبل الوريد". He is closer to you than your jugular vein. The said that. But later, 50 25 years before that, the first heart transplant when they change the the hearts, some of the came in, they said, are you the same person or are you a different person? He said, no, I am the same one, even though I've changed my heart.
So the heart is a tool that pump blood only physically, but from the other side, it's completely different. Inshallah, we'll go into that different time. So so now we have conflict. We have a the spirit, we have you, and we have the body. You see your brain. This is what a sheikh ah sheikh that lived 600 years ago, he spoke about something called the element of herkelia. The element of herkelia are constructed of five things.
We are five things. But I'm going to talk today about only those three. Those ones are important for us. I want you to know yourself. Who's bored? Are you bored? Or do you want me to continue or what? Is it hard or you want me to simplify it more? Any more questions? Any questions now so we can continue? What, do you have questions? Okay. Where where is the spirit is? Who can answer that? If you answer, I'll give you a pizza.
Where is the spirit? We always when someone dies, right? We will say are you have you have answer? Yeah. Okay, good. When someone dies, we always say you know, his spirit left him, right? In Arabic, I'm translated this to English. Many many people now here they believe the spirit exist in the body, and this is not true. The spirit does not go inside the body. It's just a small portion of the spirit go inside the body.
I'll tell you how. Allah when he spoke about someone dying, he will say "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم يا أيتها النفس المطمئنة". He said "يا نفس المطمئنة", he didn't say, "ya spirit, come back to me." He said, "Oh, Nafs, come back to me." You see? Every time Allah speak about Nafs and Ruh, he will never mention the Ruh, the spirit. He always mentioned the Nafs. Why? Because this is how he knows you with. Nafs is very important.
Ruh is something it's like the energy it's who make us us. The Ruh is very glorified that Allah will make us take a small peek like we are connected with a Wi-Fi with it. It's like an energy action with that spirit, but it will never be inside us. It will never be inside us, the spirit. The nafs, we are as a nafs, when we feel so spiritual, we say I'm feeling so spiritual, what does it mean? Mean that you are connecting more than usual with that spirit.
Spirit now is giving you emotion toward Allah Azzawajal. That's why some people they feel so bad. They said, you know what? For two weeks I've been praying so good. Now when I go to praying, do prayers or if I read Quran, I don't feel anything. Believe it or not, that's very normal. Why? Because if you are exposed too much to the nafs, I mean to the rooh, to the spirit, if you are exposed so much to the spirit, believe me, your atoms that inside your body will drop every single one alone.
Because the rooh has so much energy that it will make all the connection between your atoms go away. It's so powerful the rooh. That's why Allah Azzawajal he will alternate it. He will give you a little bit and then he will take it back. He will give you a little bit and he will take it back. Imam Ali said, if you feel so good about spirituality, one day you wake up, you want to pray so much, do as much as you can with prayers.
Read as much as you want with Quran. But when your spirit when your nafs does not like that anymore, stop. Just go back on what is what Allah Azzawajal is require you to do. Just your prayers, your little dua and that's it. You don't have to push it so hard. So, now we defined ourselves as three things. The brain, the nafs and the the the spirit. So the nafs will always stay good inside you. Why? Because it's connected with Allah Azzawajal.
But it has something bad in it. I'll show you how Allah Azzawajal created. Now, I'm going to go a little deeper. That the the brain is shaped by you. Whatever you do it from whatever you do from you are seven years old to 14 years old, it's going to become you in a future. It is who you are now. Why? Because the brain is shaped by your nafs and then while you're going growing older, you see the teacher will come teach your brain, it doesn't teach your nafs.
You see when you go to school, you go to school for your brain, you don't go it for the nafs, because nafs it has all the ultimate knowledge of Allah. But you it's not open for you till you are very spiritual. You see how everything is balanced. Now, he asked Amirul Mumineen, look how important, how wise is that. Believe me, the more we go inside the this this lecture, the more you are going to discover many things about yourself that you didn't know.
And it's going to make you very close to Allah. Please be patient. Okay? So, he start asking Amirul Mumineen. He said, oh Amirul Mumineen, can you tell me about the nafs? He said, which one? You know, immediately he said which one. If we're going to answer which one from the deeply science, we're not going to finish. Believe me, we have I have many lectures I made before. It will go like hour, hour and a half speaking about the strict science of that.
I'm not going to go into this because we have now people are learning newly, right? Okay. So, we're going to speak about what Amirul Mumineen told him. He said, which one you want? Is it we have something we have uh five things, four things, I'm sorry. The first one is the animal nafs. The animal nafs that it's connected with Shahwa. I'll I'll I'll state them later. The second one is An-Natiqal Qudsiya. Natiqal Qudsiya is this the holy the spoken the holy spoken.
It will speak something from Allah Azzawajal or from the spirit, from the Holy Spirit. I'm sorry, it will not speak from Allah Azzawajal, it's only will speak from the Holy Spirit. And the third one is uh Al-Kulliyah Al-Ilahiyah. It's the whole nafs. I'm going to speak now in with this lecture only from by two nafs only. The first one is the whole self, how you become Al-Nafs Al-Kulliyah, Al-Nafs Al-Kulliyah the whole self, how do you gain that?
And the second one is Al-Nafs Al-Juziyah, the partial self. For you to start understanding what is yourself exactly, we go back to the the first point and then at the very end we connected it with Hadithil Kisa. For you to understand your whole your your nafs first, you need to discover what is inside you. When you start discovering what's inside you, you will start discovering how angry you become sometimes. Or, for example, when you love someone, what is it connected to, right?
Did you ever ask yourself when, for example, when you fall in love, what how do you feel all these feelings? It's very weird, all this feeling, what, what, how they become? How they gather together? Which one is you? Hala, for example, all the Ulamah, Rabbani, for example, or the other Ulamah, they say, you know, Allah Azzawajal, he mentioned few nafws. Sometimes the nafws amarah bi su', sometimes and, are these ones different nafws or one?
Who can answer that? Are these all those nafws are one? For example, when you become angry, is it you or something else? When you fell in love, is it you or something else? Most of the Ulamah, they say no, it's something else. Most of the Ulamah. But in reality, it's not something else, it's still you. The the real science now, I'm sorry, you have a question? No, okay. The science now with connection with Ahlulbayt knowledge showed us that it is you that's what make you, for example, let's now bring a big tanjara, you know, like big one,
and then we'll put many thing in it, and then you start making tabkha, you know? start, who's getting hungry now? You know, you hungry now? Okay. Good. Okay. And then you start making molukhiya, for example. You know, the molukhiya is constructed from very many things. Let's say, you have wara and then you put them inside and then a little bit of hammed and and water and then you then you boil it all together and you put a little bit of salt.
All this together under the heat is you. Is what make us us. This is what we call it anfs aljuziyah. The the partial self, imagine that. The partial self, this is only you. Tayyib. Now, if we're going to go a little bit deeper into this subject, when you discover yourself, that you have anger, you have who whatever I define now, does this make you content with Allah? You say, okay, I know my God now, because Imam said, if you know yourself, then you know Allah.
Whatever I said now, did it bring you closer to Allah? Did I didn't say anything yet, right? I'm just talking about who you are exactly as a definition. I didn't I didn't show you what exactly the Ahlulbayt meant. Okay? So, let's go to what exactly the Ahlulbayt meant when they said uh when they said, uh what is the nafws exactly? What is, who is it? What is it inside you and how it can bring you closer to Allah? Allah Azzawajal in a holy Quran spoke in one of the ayahs, he said, hold on just a second.
He said in Surah Nisa, something very important, the first one, when you open Surah Nisa. He said, I'm going to speak it in I'm going to say it in Arabic and then I'll repeat it in English. Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim. Look, "Ya ayyuhan-nas" oh people, "Ittaqu rabbakumulladhi khalaqakum min nafsin wahidah." oh people, be careful from your Lord, who created you from a single being. Okay? And then after that, he created I'm you're going to be happy with that by the way.
It's going to be better than what you believe in. "Wa khalaqakum min nafsin wahidah" from a single being and created it's made of the same kind. Hala, all the Ulamah said Allah Azzawajal is talking over here about what? About Adam. He said, he created you from one being, right? We came from who? From Adam, right? That's very simple. I want to repeat the Quran again. "Ya ayyuhan-nas ittaqu rabbakum," fear God, that he created you from "nafsin wahidah".
He didn't say a being. You see the translation between English and Arabic would make a huge difference. He said, he created you from a "nafsin wahidah". we were created from Adam, right? From Adam. We were created from his nafs or from his body? From his body. He was just uh Hawa, she was a womb, and the uh for example now, when I go get married and my wife start getting babies, do I inherit my nafs? I give it to my kids?
I don't do anything, I'll just do use the physical term, right? And we were same thing from our father, and my father was same thing from Adam. Adam did not give anything. Adam through Adam we came to life. But, did our nafs came from Adam? I just showed you before that the nafs is from the fitrah of Allah Azzawajal. if over here from from the fitrah, then who is nafs wahida that Allah Azzawajal created us from? From Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.
You see? Now, I take you to the first Adam, when we spoke about Adam, the real Adam. Why Allah Azzawajal, I want to give you this point. Why Allah Azzawajal created the the prophets? Who who who can tell me? Why he created the prophets? Can someone answer this question, no? Why he created the prophets? No, no, why he created the prophet? For what? Why we have Adam? And why we have Isa? And why we have Musa? Yeah, to guide people, firstly, right? Guidance.
Why we have every single prophet has a different story? No, not just that, not just related to Prophet Muhammad. Every I want to tell you this information. Every single prophet, remember that very well. Every single prophet is a picture from the life of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. Let me give you an example, very fast example. Look at Prophet Isa, Jesus. Look at his name. Even his name, Isa, look. You say A at the beginning, Ya, and then Seen, and then Alif Masrah, right? Alif at the end.
Inside in the middle of his name Isa, we have a Yasin. In the middle of Isa, we have a Yasin. Who is Yasin? Muhammad, Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim, Yasin wal Quranil Hakim, right? In a corner of Isa, who who we have? In a corner. The first letter we have A, and the the other we have what? We have Alif Masrah. Who that will be? Ali, right? So if I come now and I claim that Ali is Batin Muhammad, is the insight of Muhammad.
How can I prove that? I'll tell you look how Allah Azza Wajalla created Isa. Right? And how he created Isa, we have a narration from Ahl al-Bayt that said, at the beginning of time, when Allah Azza Wajalla created Adam, the physical Adam, not the spiritual one, when he created the physical Adam, Jibrail Alaihi Salam, he came with a spirit. He's he put his spirit inside him. Immediately now when we have a firstborn baby, like someone who's who immediately was born now, what does he do the first action?
He starts sneezing. Right? When you bring a baby to life, you start hitting him and then he he do that. Why? Because you want to take everything, you want to clear up his the air system, right? So he can take the oxygen. Adam, he did same thing. He start sneezing. Because he he's full of spirit, this energy I I told you about, the angel came immediately and the those spirit that he spit outside, he came from his energy, they gather it and they took it to a place.
When Allah Azza Wajalla created Mary, the mother of Jesus, he came Jibrail Alaihi Salam, and then he put this this spit from Adam into her womb. And this is how Jesus became Jesus. So the spiritual father of Jesus is Adam directly. That's why when you open the Holy Book of the Quran, when you see anything mentioned with Adam, you see Jesus next to him. He will say, you know, he created Adam, the same way he I'm sorry, he created Jesus the same way he created Adam.
And then he in different ayah, he'll say, look at Adam and the creation, and the Jesus and so on. Any any ayah that's connecting with the creation of Adam, next to it, you will see Isa. Why? Because he's showing you how Isa was created from Adam immediately. Look even there's a big difference, distance in time. Now, if you look at Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and Imam Ali, is a real image Isa, Jesus, prophet Jesus, is a real image from the creation of Muhammad from Ali.
Tab, Nabi Nuh, Nuh. Who can tell me what is what what what picture he took from Muhammad? Look at his name, all the name of the prophet, the prophet's name, are the secret, the essence. Look Nuh, the first letter is Nun, right? Nun is Muhammad, one of the names of our prophet. Waw, and then the Nuh, Nun, Waw, Ha. At the end of the Nuh, what we have? Ha. What Ha stand for? Hussein. Nuh is Muhammad and Hussein, because many times Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, he said what?
He said, Hussein Safinatu Najat. Nuh, he had a safina, right? So his name is representing what is between Muhammad and Imam Hussein. Musa Musa is a big story, I don't want to go into it. Yusuf, same thing. Yusuf is Yasin, Waw, Fa. What's Fa stand for? Sayyida Fatima. In this ayah, I'm not gonna speak to you about the beautiful what they did with Nabi Yusuf in in in the Iranian movie. I don't want to tell you that, but Youssef mean Yasin and Fatima.
Why? Because if you read whatever happened with Youssef in this ayah, is spoken about us. Youssef is us, and Zulaikha is Dunya. Youssef is us. When we come to the bir, you know, when his brother throw him in a bir, three days. We stayed in our mother's womb how many season, how many how many times? Three. The same time that Youssef stayed in a bir. And then after that, he said, "Inni raaytu ahada ashara kaukaba." Everyone of you know who their Imam is.
We all looked at the "Inni raaytu ahada ashara kaukaba". And then he didn't say, "Raaytuhum li sajidin." I'm sorry, he didn't say where where they were bowing for me. This is the big the huge mistake that Muslim did. They thought Youssef was talking about himself. No, he said, "Inni raaytu ahada ashara kaukabaan wal shamsa wal qamar." And then he stopped. Someone on someone else in ayah said, "Raaytuhum li sajidin." Those 11 planets and the sun and the moon, they were bowing for someone else.
They're not they were not bowing for Youssef. Because we have two raa'ito in the ayah. Allah he is. You know what's mean? Eloquence, eloquent of speaking. If you in the ayah of Youssef, "Inni raaytu ahada ashara kaukaba," I I look at the 11 planet. He should say immediately, for me they were bowing for me. Why he said second time? "Raaytuhum"? Then someone else is speaking in ayah, not Youssef. And this is the Sayyida Zahra Salamallah Alayha.
So, Youssef, the name Youssef, that's why that's why he was so beautiful. Why he came his beauty? What came from what? From Hoorul Ain. Every single prophet, he has this this thing. So over here we go back to the ayah. Adam, he represented the creation from how how we came from Muhammad. But Allah, he want to make it easy for us to understand, so he created Adam for us. He want to make us understand what is Isa. He what how Ali came from Muhammad, he created Isa.
How Youssef Allah created Sayyida Zahra, so he created Youssef, so we understand. So, he created from one soul, this is mean what? Al-Nafs al-Kulliyyah for you is Muhammad Salamallah Alayhi. For us to understand who is God, we have only one way. No other ways. The first way is the first one is the inside way is understanding yourself. How you can control yourself, your anger, your shahawat. You cannot do that except taqwa.
You have to do taqwa. You have to go with taqwa. Taqwa what does it mean? Mean fearing God, loving God. Fearing and loving God. We have both scales, feeling and loving, feeling and loving. We have to go with both ways to to reach the ultimate love. This is the the first one. The second one is "wa khalaqakum min nafsin wahidah wa khalaqa minha zawjahwa." And he created after that not zaujah, her husband. Zaujah is the duality of existence, duality of existence.
We go back to what? We go back to the same formula I gave you first, the golden ratio. Did you do your homework? I told you to study golden ratio before. Did you study it? No. You have to go do it. You have to understand what is golden ratio because I'm going to always be talking about it. So, golden ratio is 1/2 plus square root of 5. So, the duality again will come up in in the golden ratio. The duality. Who is Zaujah here?
