This lecture explores the deeper dimensions of Surat Al-Kahf, focusing particularly on the figure of Prophet Khidr and his encounter with Prophet Musa. The speaker discusses the hidden meanings and linguistic codes within the Surah, including the significance of its letters and stories. It also touches upon spiritual concepts such as levels of knowledge, dimensions, and the role of service to Allah. The session concludes with a brief question and answer segment addressing related theological points.
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله بيته الطيبين الطاهرين. اللهم صل على محمد وال محمد. Today our lecture is going to be about An-Nabi Al-Khidr. An-Nabi Al-Khidr, he's one of the prophets that has the most hidden stories. He's the most private. Nobody know much about him except he was revealed by the Quran inside Surat Al-Kahf. Now before we go talk about An-Nabi Al-Khidr, we're going to talk about Al-Kahf.
After that, we know exactly what we're talking about. Sometimes even the name of the Surah reflect what's inside it. The Quran always hidden, it has many codes. There's many things in it. Some people they think Quran is very easy. Why? We mentioned this before. There's seven open dimension for the Quran. You can explain any verse. It has seven meanings, and four insight meanings. So let's let's go inside a little bit a little bit today in depth.
Insha'Allah we'll talk about Surat Al-Kahf. We reflect a little bit about Al-Khidr so we know what exactly he is. And and we go if we go in Surat Al-Kahf, we see Surat Al-Kahf like the Arabic language has three letters. The Ka' and the Ha' and the Fa'. The Al-Fa' and the Fa', ya'ni. The if we're going to translate this to English will be the cave. But now we're going to mostly reflect in the Arabic language since the Quran has Arabic language in it.
And Arabic language has a lot of secrets, a lot of code too. Ka'f, we'll see and the Fa' and the Ha', I'm sorry, the the middle, there's something called Shaddah. Shaddah mean like a more letter in it. Instead of writing Ka' Ha' Ha' Fa', well Allah Azza wa Jall said Ka' Ha' and then Fa'. And then there's a Shaddah in the Ha'. Hala, even if we pronounce Ka'h by pronunciation, Quran, that's why we say recite the Quran in a loud voice.
That's why mostly always Muslims, they feel proud reciting Quran in voice, in high voice. Not just to say we have a beautiful voice. No, because some of the verses cannot be translated except except by voice. Even the voice play a role of understanding the Quran. So we say Ka'h, that all the words are coming from between this area and this area. So even the Ka'h mean something deep, something deep going with a protection here, protected by voice, by certain type of voice, certain type of command.
Command usually mean voice. You use your voice for what? For you to communicate with someone else to give a command. Inside Surat Al-Kahf, like its letter, it has three dimension, and then there's a small story in it. The first story inside Surat Al-Kahf reflect the Ka'. Subhan Allah, the Ka' is the people who go to the Ka'h. It's talking about the people who go to the Ka'h. So the the first letter Ka'h, it's talking about the people who went inside the cave escaping from a tyrant.
From their they stayed inside more than 300 years. After that, Allah Azza wa Jall, he revived them back with their dog, with their dog. And they have a significant story. Hala, we we're not going to reflect, but I'm going to just mention how many stories in and the second story was about two people, one of them has a beautiful garden, and he he did everything he can to to make it the best. And he said, I wish I can live here.
Allah, he did not give me anything. I am the one who made this garden. And his friend, he told him, as why you're saying that, my friend? Allah Azza wa Jall, he's the one who gave you that. It's not you, even though you worked to do it. But Allah Azza wa Jall, he's the one who gave you the power to do it, and he was the one who gave you the garden. And you everything you have, including you is his creation. So why you want to say now I did it myself?
So this is this story is it's coded by the Shaddah over the Ha'. It's a small story. And Subhanallah, Allah Azza wa Jall, he even by he give it a symbol, this Shaddah over the Ha'. Under this Shaddah, there's a big Ha'. The Ha' is What we we talked about that before is the last, subhanallah, the last the name Allah azza wajal, the last one is ha, right? In the word Allah. So, if even inside this ha this is mean there's something so beautiful that someone existed inside this ha.
And if we read about it in the Quran, he said, "أتناهم من لدنا علما." Men ladna, yani I gave him a special type of a science that this guy, you know, men ladna, yani someone from inside. So, the ha inside the cave internal knowledge. So, the ha is to for who Khadr alaihissalam. And Khadr alaihissalam was mentioned by what? By the prophet of Musa meeting with him. I'm going to talk about it, it's going to be our main subject.
Hala, the third story is the Fa. And the Fa is what? Is about Zul-Qarnain. Hala, there's some people they don't know this, but al-Khadr alaihissalam and Zul-Qarnain used to be cousins. And even the way they were born, I will mention after that, the way they were born, it was very significant. People before they used to know too much about astronomy, not like now what we see, not like what we know. Now we think we know too much about astronomy and about stars, but in reality we don't really know much.
We know only the physical astronomy and the physical stars, but in reality they have spiritual astronomy even. We can see more than what we can see now in a space. And the the way they were born that uh the the the father of al-Khadr alaihissalam, he used to know about astronomy, and he was waiting a specific time that let's say they they he was waiting this specific time so he can go to his wife and he can present put his sperm inside her.
The right moment that if a person was born in that moment, he will become very famous. They used to make this kind of studies. Even with Zul-Qarnain, exactly same thing. His father, he was waiting the right moment and so he can do whatever do what I said so his wife can have him famous at the same time. But subhanallah, Allah azza wajal over here play a role too that Zul Zul-Qarnain, he came very famous and Khadr become very famous, but one in for material world and one for the spiritual world.
In a way that it it should be reversed. And Allah azza wajal he put it his way because subhanallah, this is where Allah azza wajal, he make what he want, not exactly what you want 100%. But he give you a credit for your knowledge. And he still gave them what they want, but he reversed it for for both of them. Anyway, so we continue with Zul-Qarnain, we're going to inshallah next week after you know a few lessons, we're going to know stuff nobody ever talked about it, about dimension, about portals that they still exist in the in earth, and some of them they're going to be open soon because of some shifting changes inside earth.
Anyway, we're going to talk about this later. Now we're going to talk about al-Khadr alaihissalam. Hala, hala, we ask how did we know Khadr? With the story began by when Musa alaihissalam, he was given a lecture and one of the guys, he was an old man, he asked him, "Musa, are you the only the most knowledgeable guy in earth now?" And Musa said, "Yes, I think I am." Why? Because he is he is Kalimullah. Allah azza wajal used to talk to him directly from a key from voice that he created, but he used to he be like a Kalimullah.
And he used to always hear his voice and he would be able to talk to directly. So if someone has this this beautiful feature, you can talk directly to Allah azza wajal and he answer you back, then you would feel that you're really very close to Allah and you are the most knowledgeable one, right? This is anyone let's say I have I had a dream last night, what's going to happen today? I'll feel I'm the best one on earth.
Allah he love me the most. In reality, it's maybe a test. So, we learn from from this side that no, he wasn't the most knowledgeable person. Allah azza wajal he told him, "Musa, you're not the most knowledgeable person." He said, "Really Allah, who who know who know more than me?" "I am the one who you talk to me directly." He said, "I want you to go first, stay 40 days alone for I want to purify you more, 40 days for you to meet that person, another person."
And he was very surprised, really? And I am the one who pure most purified now, I am your prophet. And Musa, you know, and you you raised me, you gave me all this and then I need to purify myself more to meet someone else? So, we see here, this is the ha. You know, remember the Kahf? The story of ha, if someone go inside this ha, look how much purified he need to be like al-Khadr alaihissalam. See see even letter play play main main yani it will give you main concept, you know who you who might you might be.
Anyway, we continue, so Musa alaihissalam he stayed 40 days and then now he's traveling to go meet him. Look more. And Allah Azza wajall, he wants you to what? To reflect. If you want to learn, you want to You have to work. You have to work. You cannot, now it's easier. Now we go to Google, we things come to you. But in general, humanity worked all these thousand of years for us to have this kind of what we have now.
And at the same time, he's teaching you that even the Prophet, he's working hard to reach someone else. And now we ask who's more higher, the Prophet or the Abd, the slave of Allah Azza wajall, the servant of Allah, who's higher? You see, we see her the servant. Why? Because other than that Al-Khidr, he'll be able to come to Musa in 1 second. Because he have, he know how to travel in earth very fast. So, but no, he stayed 40 days.
He he was walking to to to to toward the toward Al-Khidr. Now, we before we go even in this story, I want to define Al-Khidr, the name, the real name. His name is Balya. His name the real name, Balya bin bin Malik, yes, bin Aber, bin Sam, bin Nuh. And he was the fourth fifth generation of Nuh Alaam after Nuh. From from the Prophet Nuh. And then he was called mainly he was called Al-Khidr, they give him this laqab, this name Al-Khidr,
because any place he goes, everything turn green. Because of purity. Because the purity he have. Yeah. He goes back to the green from last week. Yes, so everything will turn green. Why? Because of the purity, because he's inside the hah. This is the bayut and turfah. This is the bayut. Anyway, so everything he goes, it will turn green. So, what kind of knowledge he have? Stories said, historians said when he was young, he met an old man that he had he was so wise, and that man he started teaching him many things about the insight of creation, not just the outside.
And he was always very interested, and he always used to ask Allah Azza wajall to give him that. And even before, the wish of his father and even the prophets before him, they always used to say to wish that yani some of some of his father was talking, I wish I can worship Allah too much that it will be enough. yani when someone think, we always say whatever we do to Allah Azza wajall, it's not enough. So, some some of us might ask, what if what if I was now I will acquire someone? He stayed till the very end and he always worship him.
That will be enough. So Allah Azza wajall, he answered this such prayer, even though it's not going to be enough, but he answers such prayer that a person is going to be very close to Allah. He will make everything for Allah. It will be inside the hah. He will give him all the insight. Is it going to be enough to worship all this for Allah or not? yani this person going to perform such thing with Allah. yani this test still present till this moment.
Al-Khidr, still live to the he's still alive to this moment. He served Imam Mahdi till this moment. He served the will of Allah till this moment. Many stories, even many people see Al-Khidr inside their dream. Some of them they met him in reality, some of them they met him in Hajj, some of them they met him in different places. When you're alone sometime, a guy comes from nowhere, he help you and he leaves to nowhere.
This is most of the times the Khidr. Sometimes the Imam, but mostly is the Khidr because he he is ordered by the Imam. Anyway, so all this, is it enough for you to worship Allah or not? For sure, no. But Allah, anyway, he created such such thing to show us in inshallah in that whatever you do, Allah he gave you more. Whatever you do, he gave you more. Even your existent itself, whatever you even if you pray, once such that from the the day he created you to the day you die is not going to be enough at the same time.
That's why we always say, when we begin our Sahar, alhamdulillah rabbil alamin for what he gave us. yani Surah al-Fatihah began by alhamdulillah rabbil alamin. Subhanallah, and even with that we can we need to reflect more. Anyway, so what what what happened with Prophet Musa, even there's more insight why they met between Majma al-Bahrain. In the Quran he say, "Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim." I'm going to say it in Arabic and then translate it to English.
"Wa idh qala Musa li-fatahu la abrahu hatta ablugha majma' al-bahrayni aw amdi huquba." He said, "And when Musa said to his servant, I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers, and I will go on for years. Either even if I I I will reach the junction of two river, or I'm I'm going to keep continue walking to to reach that man." Look how important he was Al-Khidr. We can always extract two to understanding from this from such a story, from from this verse.
We say, okay, al-Musa he was walking with his servant. And then he said, where the two river met, meet, where the two river, and then we should meet him there. This is where we should be he should be. This is where Allah told him you should be. we we understand there's two rivers, right? Regular physical river. But in reality, if you if you focus more, there is two rivers, no, in a way of al-Nubuwwah wal-Wisayah, you know what I mean?
The first river is a Nubuwwah, the prophethood the prophethood, right? The the first prophethood as who who presenting now the prophethood is Musa. And the second one, al-Ubudiyyah, who is presenting that al-Khidr. So, he has to meet him there between where those two two rivers meet. You know what I mean? Yeah. No, it's it's I told you, Quran always give more you want to look at it, the more deeper you're going to look at it, the more it's going to give you.
So there's physical location and there's manawi location, something inside location. So, yes, internal location. So, al-Khidr where exactly now he met? If we're going to look where exactly he he met him, he met him next to the Ain al-Hayat. Ain al-Hayat mean where water, if you drink from it, you'll become always alive. You know, you river of youth. And this river of youth existed between the two dimension. Exist between our regular dimension and inside the anti-matter.
Subhanallah. Musa he stayed 40 days purifying himself for his atoms to get used to if you go inside the anti-matter, he won't be vanished. Now next muhadarah with we're going to extract more in that because al-Zulkarnain he is the most special one in the anti-matter world. Okay. So anyway, so so this insight mean and the servant of God, both of them they go in one place. And nobody you see what I mean? Because in the future, two people every prophet he's going to come, he's going to come, he has to have someone with this servancy to Allah for them to create Ain al-Hayat.
Aiman, do you mean? Yeah, Iman, yeah. Next in the future. Let me tell you, let me give you an example. Ibrahim, what happened to Ibrahim? He took his wife what to to to Makkah. And then Allah ordered Ibrahim to leave his wife alone. He's looked around him, he's doesn't there's nothing. But Ibrahim, he knows that he can depend on Allah because Allah ordered him to. He's not going to make him go walk all this way for him to go leave his wife and then she going to be that with her son.
For sure. So he left her. Look how how the test is heavy. He left her and and she's standing looking around, there's nothing. And and we can reflect when you go to Hajj. You can you can really see this insight. There's two, what? There's two jabalain. Two yeah, two hills, two hills. So she went to the first one. She looked left and right, there's nothing. And historians say like you can say there's an aurora, you know?
So you might think there's water. Mirage. Mirage, mirage, I'm sorry. Yeah, it's there's a mirage. So she went from that hell to the second one. Hello, if you are if you are a regular human being and you already passed by something, why you want to go back? You know, why you're going to go back to the first hell? You already know it's a mirage. You already know there's nothing there. You you've been there. Okay, let's say you want to make sure.
Okay, you go back, same thing. Then now, you're in a first hell back, why you're going to go back to the second one? we'll say the wife his wife, Prophet Ibrahim's wife, she was not stupid to go back to the same place for the third time. for you, I start asking myself if I go back and forth, there's something wrong with me, either with me or either with the what's going on around me. But neither was something going on.
And we're going to think more positive. So she went back for the fourth time to the to the second hell. And then she did historian say she didn't find anything. And then she go back to the first one. Historian say why she's doing that? Because she was hearing her son is crying. And she's trying to make sure he's okay. Actually, you know, I cannot believe it much. I cannot believe such a story. Why? Because why you're going to go to the same place seven times?
She went back and forth seven times, and what suddenly happened? Water came under his under his feet. So there's what? There's water. You know there's water. We go back to the same story. There's water connecting two rivers between uh between علم النبوة presented by Musa and علم العبودية presented by الخضر. There's water in the middle. We go back to one of the verses, آية الرحمن "وبينهما برزخ لا يبغيان" Between those two huge oceans, there's a barzakh.
they go they don't go inside each other. waters don't mix. "ولا هم لا يدخلوا They don't they don't mix. Like ocean water. "يخرج منهما اللؤلؤ والمرجان، فبأي آلاء ربكما تكذبان". اللؤلؤ والمرجان حسن الحسين. الحسن والحسين حسن الحسين. Between them, like a like a place, they where water don't mix. Why? Because it need to be holded by a woman. You know, there's there's Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam and there's Imam Ali, and there's two oceans.
There are two oceans. They're not rivers, no. They're big oceans. علم النبوة الكامل, the science of prophethood complete by completed by Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. And we have Imam Ali, علم الوصاية الكامل. He is even higher than than than الخضر عليه السلام. He is higher than الخضر. الخضر is river, and Imam Ali is an ocean. and they're both together, they go they don't go, they don't mix together. Why? If they mix, then Imam Ali become a prophet.
Or if the prophet he mix with Imam Imam Ali, the same knowledge, he will become just a servant. He's no more a prophet. So they should always stay the same thing. And between them, some there's a there's like a fruit that come from both, from Nubuwwah and Imamah, which is الحسن والحسين عليه السلام. And he only mentioned two things the Quran. He said "يخرج منهما لؤلؤ والمرجان". He didn't say "يخرج منهما لؤلؤ والمرجان والالماس".
No, he said "يخرج منهما لؤلؤ والمرجان". yani, two things only. Two type of frequency. لؤلؤ والمرجان. Those are frequencies? Frequency dimensionally. I'm I'm telling you something, hidden, something hidden inside that. To لؤلؤ والمرجان فبأي آلاء ربك. Why you you. He didn't say "فبأي آلاء ربكما تكذبان". Even there's an there's an hint here. In in Arabic, if there's a plural, you will say, why you guys are lying, right?
But in this he's saying, because he's talking about al-Ins wal Jinn. He's talking about the humankind and jinn. In Surat al-Rahman, if you read it, he's talking "يا أيها الإنس والجن". "فبأي آلاء ربكما تكذبان". Why he said "فبأي آلاء ربكما تكذبان"? He's talking about two human, two two people, they're saying "تكذبان" not "تكذبو". So he's talking about two people, he's not talking about two genders. That's there's a secret inside Surat al-Rahman to see this is the inside.
Two people, like two types of people, you mean? Two people, yeah. "تكذبان". Like two types of people? Two people, two different people. Two two people that they made a huge lie about those two ocean. and continue here, "فلما بلغ مجمع البحرين". I'm going to translate this in English after, "نسيا حوتهما فاتخذ سيله في البحر سربا". Okay, so when they had reached the junction of those two rivers, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea going away.
There's there's a story about this fish. They they get some historians say they get the people who translate the Quran now they said, you know, they had a fish for them to have food, you know, they want to eat food. And uh and this this fish was already baked. So when they put it inside this water, this this fish, she go back to life and immediately she go away. So now we discover here, they met where not between two river, two regular river.
They met they met inside the place that it can give you back the life. The river of youth, what we can say. So this is one of the proofs when the proof and and this fish is connected to different prophet later on. Prophet Yunus Alaihi Salam. And. Sahud. Sahud, yeah. Prophet Yunus is the one that's stuck in the whale. In the whale, yes. Yes. And we can connect that. Why Allah Azza wa Jal is going to talk about Hud here when it was very young.
And then after they know the distance, the time distance between Prophet Musa and Prophet Yunus 200 years. So we can say this can the whale will uh become very big and then he's the yeah he he went inside him. Why? Because Allah Azza wa Jal he said, If a God, we can translate this one directly, if God he was not merciful with Yunus, he would stay inside him till the day of judgment come. Okay, can any will stay alive 5 million years, maybe 50 million years, 50 billion years? He cannot, except if he's drunk before from the fountain of youth.
He'll never die. So subhanallah, see this is how we we can knock the Quran together. And maybe later, inshallah, we can study more the about the prophet Yunus. But this is one of what we really nothing in our Quran mentioned randomly. Just because the rhythm, some people. No, it's not. So, now there's two connection. Now, Al-Khidr, he he he came. He said, I am the one who you're looking for. And Prophet Musa he said, okay, can you please take me with you so you teach me what's going on? What can what's what's knowledge?
And immediately he stays, he look at him, he said, you're not going to be patient. Why? Now, why? We see two type of signs now coming, subhanallah. One of them is what we call al-Tashri. Tashri is like when you go let's say to Sheikh, he says, Sheikh, can I fast so and so? If I break my fast, what's going to happen? He will tell you what you do need to do for Allah to forgive you or when you need to do just for you to pass by your days or whatever.
But with Al-Khidr, he does not deal this way. He doesn't give you laws. What's going on? He do what Allah order him directly, immediately. Him with Al-Khidr, does he does not have laws? In a way of he can, let's say, make someone die. He can go make someone die. If Musa he go make someone die, then Allah he's going to punish him. But with Al-Khidr, he's not going to be punished because he's a direct servant. And Allah he ordered him to go kill to go kill him.
That we can ask one of the stories that Allah asked the prophet Al-Khidr to to go kill a young kid. And Musa was with him. And he said, how could you kill that young kid? He's young. He didn't do anything yet. So look at Musa, he said, I told you you're not going to be patient with me. If you stay more, I want to tell you what's going on with me, but you're not going to be patient. He said, how are we going to be patient with you? You just killed someone.
How you want me to be patient? So over here, he took the role of who? Of an angel, angel of death. You see, look what I mean. Yeah, he killed someone. He killed someone. Yeah. Yeah, I know, I know he did not do that. No? No, no. No, he go inside his heart, I told you. No, he go inside his heart. Al-Khidr, he has the Ha. Ha is inside the Allah. He can just go inside anything and he can stop his Tasbih. Immediately everything will stop.
So one of the story, this one, and the second story, there were they went to the people asking for food. They become hungry, obviously. With Musa, they ask him for food and people they said, no, we don't want to give you anything. Please just leave away. Go work. Like now when you pass by someone, poor, you know, he passed by you, he said, I'm hungry. Say, go work, you know, go make your own thing. So, same thing happened with them.
What happened while they're walking, they saw like a small wall. It was almost destroyed. Al-Khidr came and he start rebuilt it again. And Musa he said, why you want to do that? They didn't even give you food and you built their wall, you can go back and ask them for money. You see that's normal. That's their fair thing. Yeah, look how the prophet thing, look how Al-Khidr say, no, he said, no. Later on he will discover that this wall was for two kids and under that wall there was a certain treasure.
And then historian say, after maybe like 40 or 30 years later on, one of those kids become obviously an old man, a big man, and then the wall was destroyed and he found this treasure. Al-Khidr, he protected their treasure. And then the third story is about a boat that he made a hole in it and it starts going down. And he said, why you did that? You're causing them harm. So at the end, he said, no, that's it. You know, everything I do, you keep questioning me.
Now, this is the end of it. And after that, Quran never mentioned Al-Khidr again. Only with those three stories that happened with Musa. But in reality, Allah revealed one of his creatures that he reached such position. He reached very high position with Allah and he always with him, always. Many people, they use this such argument, they say he's dead. Let me tell you how, mostly we always face this kind of story with the people who follow Ibn Taymiyyah.
The people who follow Ibn Taymiyyah, they always want to bring everything down. You know, Islam does not have any miracles. The only miracles that they have, anything NASA said, they discovered second day someone from their scholars, they go up. They say, we already have this one inside the Quran, look, it's over here. After the second day they discovering that and later on, 10 years later, they say, I'm sorry, we were mistaken.
And then this Sheikh was say, I know they were mistaken because the Quran said that too. This is the miserable thing we face in the Islamic world in reality, because they followed such a person like Ibn Taymiyyah. Anyway, one of the arguments they said is he still alive? Hadith, let me give you a hadith from al-Bukhari, Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, the Prophet Muhammad, he said, no one after me, like now, let's say he's alive, he said, no one will stay alive after 100 years from now,
in the moment that everyone around me now, if he will turn 100, everyone will be dead. Like next generation going to come, but no one ever will stay that. But if we look more inside al-Bukhari, the same sort of this hadith, we said that Rasulullah said, he saw the Dajjal, you know, the Dajjal we're now waiting, and he said, this is the Dajjal now, he pointed to a guy, this is the Dajjal, and that guy he's going to still alive till Imam Mahdi is going to come and kill him.
So I'm sorry, this is in Sahih al-Bukhari. That both hadith in Sahih al-Bukhari. Okay. The first one I mentioned and the second one. So I was like wondering, the first thing, the second hadith it contradicts the first one, because how he saw the Dajjal and he's going to outlive Imam Mahdi, and then the first hadith said nobody going to live after me 100 year. So there's a contradiction. So either those two hadiths wrong or the main source is something wrong with it.
So that's the main case. Okay. This is one of the arguments always they use it. Just tell them about what's the story about the Dajjal, because it's real. Everyone know that the Prophet appointed that as Dajjal. Okay. The second hadith, Ibn Taymiyyah said, if he's still alive, if he was alive at that time, if that guy was alive, then he must go with the Prophet Muhammad and help him especially with Badr. The Ma'rakat Badr.
Yeah, the first Ma'rakat. He said, because Prophet Muhammad called upon the most mu'min, most religious one to come and fight with him the Kaffir. So if he was really alive, he would come and fight with them. That, I was so surprised that they're very limited those people. Let me tell you something. That al-Khidr, he was with Musa. Why he didn't go with him? He was with Isa. Why he didn't go with him? He was with most of the prophets, why he didn't help them?
Like in their struggles, he was with them. He was with them, but he wasn't with them. Why he want to go with Prophet Muhammad? Because they struggled, how come he didn't go with them? Because Prophet al-Khidr, as you see, as I mentioned before, his name, he's related directly under Nabi Nuh, five generations. So there's maybe 2,000 years, there's maybe 100,000 prophets after, because in total there's 125,000 prophets.
Maybe more, maybe less. I don't really know the exact number. But why now Ibn Taymiyyah is going to say you have to come and help the prophet? Who told Ibn Taymiyyah he didn't help him? If al-Khidr was able to travel from place to place in less than a second, and the way he killed the kid, he didn't just get a gun and he shoot him in the head. No, actually he was hidden. He just came, he put his hand inside his heart and he stopped it.
He stopped his tasbih and immediately the guy died. So he's able to go through dimensions. Who told Ibn Taymiyyah that al-Khidr he didn't help him? So because there's two types of dimensions at work, and Allah mentioned that in that battle, there were 1,000 angels helping. That Allah could have made all the Muslims standing aside and the angels go inside and kill those people. Then we go back and ask, Why Allah needed 1,000 angels?
He could just send Azrael alayhis-salam, he goes there and not just those 1,000 people of the battle, he could take Quraysh all away. Why he needed 1,000 angels? There's a very hidden secret inside this one. He mentioned those angels as Musawwamin in the Quran. Malaika Musawwamin, Musawwamin means that you have to do the action for the angel to do the reaction, let me tell you. Yeah, when I have the sword in my hand, I'm trying to hit someone, the angel is there.
When I hit this someone, he can kill him. He will take his spirit. You have to make the action for you to take the reward. If the angel does not go fight for you, you have to stand there, hold the gun, let's say, put it in whatever, just put it up and pull the trigger, start shooting. Maybe you'll go this way a little bit, but the bullet will go and hit that guy. And we have many stories for that now. Many, yeah, yeah, there are many stories for that.
So those angels, they call them angel Musawwamin, you have to really do it yourself. You have to want to do it for them to help you. That is how Allah helped that, yes. You have to make the effort to do it. And Allah has, yeah. Yeah. So you are in a math problem. Math problem. You are not going to get, you might not get the answer right, but you are going to try to do the work. Yes. The angel will come and point it in the direction of the exactly.
And how do we support our argument? And then there is a verse in the Quran said, "ما رميت إذ رميت ولكن الله رمى." When you were trying to hit, you did not really hit, but like Allah, He did it for you. Because when you are 300, 313, and there is 1,000 some people, if those people just throw rocks at you, they will kill you. Yeah, yeah, it is by the easiest math. And yeah, so how are you going to win? Even one of the old stories, 313 with one of the prophets, I do not remember their name, they passed by a river, and their prophet told them, do not drink from this river.
And there was with him 40,000 soldiers. 39,700 some, they drank from this river because they were thirsty, and they left 313; they didn't drink from this river. I think Talut wa Jalut, I think Talut, Prophet Talut. So when they passed the river, they fought a 40,000 different army, and they defeated them. And there were only 313 persons. Because they didn't drink, because they didn't drink from the river. So now the angels, they came, and they helped them.
You see? So this is how Allah, He interacted, and He worked with His servant. Even if you go, and you go in the name of Allah to do something, He will still test you. Do not think that you are still now, I am now with Allah and everything is going to be okay. He is still going to test you. You see, it is still going to see, are you okay when you are struggling now the most? You are going to follow His order, you are going to, He told you, let us say, do not kill this man.
You won't kill him anymore. We give a small example. Ali ibn Abi Talib, he was in one of the battles, and then he had his companion with him. And that companion was able to go to Muawiyah. He was on his way to Muawiyah. He just, his sword almost going to kill him. And then everyone screamed that the battle should end. And then Imam Ali agreed to it. So he ordered that guy to immediately come. Malik al-Ashtar. Yeah. So look at the test here.
Muawiyah is in front of his face. He could just throw anything, and he would kill him. Malik al-Ashtar, everybody knows who Malik al-Ashtar is. So Malik al-Ashtar looked at Imam Ali, he said, he told him, "Just do, let me do it before you say." Imam Ali ordered, "Do not do it." Immediately he returned. He said, "If you kill that Muawiyah, when you come back, I will kill you. Because now it is an order," and he is the representative of Allah.
Even though he was the enemy of Imam Ali, but even just one second to kill Muawiyah, he didn't kill him by the order of Imam Ali. If he killed him, then he loses everything. He didn't listen to his Imam. Look how tight it is. So this is the test. The order came from, exactly, from Allah. So look how it is, and the same thing, all this is shown by the story of Al-Khidr alayhis-salam and Musa alayhis-salam. So what we say here, we see that whatever you think you are very close to Allah Azza wa Jal, you always discover there is something closer.
Allah created many things around you. There are many stories of prophets that we do not really know. Al-Khidr alayhis-salam still exists till this moment. He will be with Imam al-Mahdi alayhis-salam, he will help Imam al-Mahdi, and he is under Imam al-Mahdi now, alayhis-salam. And some people, I told you, they can see Al-Khidr because he always helps the Mumin. And wherever, let us say, you are really in struggle outside or so and so, you can ask two people, either Al-Khidr alayhis-salam or Imam al-Mahdi alayhis-salam, and inshallah they will help you.
And inshallah next week we will go deeper about this kind of knowledge, especially with Dhu al-Qarnayn, and we will compare those two forms of knowledge. Inshallah, and we will see Al-Quran, it gave us more things in science that science didn't give us till this point, yeah, it didn't give us till this point. Any question? Yeah, yeah. Okay, um, when you are saying how like Nabi Musa alayhis-salam, he had to travel all that distance just to get the knowledge from Al-Khidr, so is that like,
um, so then it is like that is like us, how much we have to go through just to get the knowledge of Ahl al-Bayt alayhis-salam. So then you said Nabi Khidir had no laws, like when he could just go and kill the kid, like Nabi Musa alayhis-salam, he cannot do that. Yes. Isn't that the same thing with Imam Mahdi, because I read a hadith where they, I think it was Imam Jafar as-Sadiq alayhis-salam, he said that there is, and what you said the one time too, like when he comes there is no more judgment, like as soon as he can just kill someone right away.
So it is like, is that a reference to Imam Mahdi there? Yeah, for sure, yeah, because if a person like Al-Khidr, he is going to be under the commandment of Imam Mahdi. So Imam Mahdi is higher than that; if Al-Khidr alayhis-salam had such a power to do that, then Imam Mahdi is going to have more power to do that. The justice during Imam Mahdi's time, let us say now justice system works this way, he asks you, did you do it? You say no, you are lying.
With Imam Mahdi, he is not going to ask you anymore, because he already knows; because he already knows, you are not going to lie anymore. This is the ultimate justice. Because he knows even not just what you do, your intention of doing it. Was it really or not? If the intention was right, you will be forgiven. If the intention was to kill someone and you killed them, then he will go by that. There is no more like you will bring someone like a lawyer and you start lying.
Same thing with the story, he didn't do anything bad to his parents, yeah, but they knew he was going to do it, so they just killed him. They just killed him. So I am saying, is the purpose of the story between Nabi Musa and Nabi Khidir to foreshadow Imam Mahdi? Yeah, but with this story, look, there is mercy in three ways. The first way, the first mercy was for the kid itself, because if the kid grows up and he is bad, then he will go to hell.
And then what is going to happen? He is going to harm his parents. And the third one, he is going to harm the people around him. So Allah, because of mercy, He made him die before he turns older, because now he is still, let's say, clean, in a sense. Yeah, he didn't commit any sins, he is still clean, I do not want to say pure, clean before committing any sins. So now he goes to heaven. Now Allah sent one, let me tell you the story about what happened after with their parents.
Their parents knew about that kid, he wanted to be very bad, because when he was, let us say, a teenager, he gave them too much hard time. So later on the mother, she got pregnant again. That is why, yeah, they were rewarded because they were patient with what Allah gave them. So she was pregnant, and later on that guy, he became one of the purest people at that time, and later some of them said he was a prophet. Wasn't weren't they rewarded with 70 prophets?
Is that not true? Maybe, maybe we know they made male babies, but the first one is the same, Allah replaced them with something very, very good. He became a prophet. I do not remember his name now, but he is a very famous prophet too. So Subhanallah, Allah replaced it with something good because they were very good parents and they were Muslims. So theyani, he didn't really kill him in the meaning of hitting him or something.
No, the same thing like the angel of death. He used it the same way for a mercy. The same thing, Imam Mahdi when he comes, he is not going to be scary in this moment, because all the Mumin, they won't be scared from such thing. Who will be scared? Who did the wrong thing, not the bad thing. Judgment, yeah. So this is the difference between that, this and that. When Imam Mahdi kind of come, the real people who followed Islam, they struggled all this time, they're going to be rewarded by his presence.
And all other people they're going to be fearing him. Yeah, for sure. Why? Because now it's the ultimate justice going to come hit earth, yes. So that's how Subhanallah, and this is how it is happening. I hope I answer your question. Any question? I have a question, but. Give how is in Surat al-Rahman when you said that it refers to Imam Hasan and Hussein? Can you explain that? Yeah. Because if you are talking about two people who lied about this,
He didn't say because I told you man and jinn are what? Are many millions of people. But you said Yeah. Can you explain how? Yeah. I and we we can make inshallah in the future more let me tell you something because why let's say Shia they were khatim in their hands and they usually prefer most about those stones, those types of stones, because they have a significance, they have a secret. Why we wear them? Right. Yes, yes.
I'm going to make a special lecture for that. It's long lecture, I will make that. It's not just because they're regular stone or not just because they give you frequency, good frequency and resonating frequency for your body. It's something higher than that. Inshallah, I will talk later more. And it is mentioned in the Quran. So Quran, I'll explain itself like you said, yeah. So is that whole Surah, the whole Surah says
So the whole Surah is talking about those two people? Two people, yeah, because after everything, because those two people look what they did to all the humanity, not just Islam, all humanity. So those two people deserve to be mentioned in Surat al-Rahman because Allah Azzawajal he sent those people to reflect to reflect his nour in earth, to reflect his nour. So those people came and they covered this nour. So he can't say after everything.
And then he mentioned those two ocean. He said why those two people they lied about them. And then those two people, they were the reason of Imam Hasan and Hussein to be killed. Those two people, they were the reason of what happened to the Muslims all this time. So Hajar, this is another person about that. Why is it called Surat al-Rahman? Yeah. Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim. I start people who, you know talk about Quran and say, al-Rahman
with everyone, with all humanity, al-Rahim bil-mu'minin. Those two words, they mean they have the same meaning, but there's difference inside them. Al-Rahman with everyone. So, if we're going to talk about Surat al-Rahman, then he's going to talk about all the humanity inside this Surah. He's meaning all the humanity. So, that's why when he's saying because those two people, they lied. They lied, those two people. Look what happened, all the humanity.
You see? That's why there's a relationship between a name and what's inside the Surah, I told you. And let's say al-Rahim, al-Rahim is only for mu'min. Because mu'min they did not go with the humanity. They chose a different place for themselves. So, Allah Azzawajal, he is so kind that if I, let's say all the people around me now, whatever bad they're doing, they're hurting each other so and so, but he's still Rahman for them.
He's still listen to them. He's still give them whatever. But because I struggled so much, he doesn't want to put me with them. He gave me a different name, al-Rahim. Look how Allah Azzawajal, and he put it in his name when you begin, Bismillah al-Rahman for all humanity, al-Rahim for mu'minin only. Because they struggle to have this position. He listens to everybody. To everybody, yeah. al-Rahim is just for the mu'min who struggled to have just a name for themselves.
Is that different from arham al-rahimin? No, arham al-rahimin, he's the most rahim for mu'minin. Bas arham al-rahimin for mu'minin. The most, the all merciful for mu'min. All merciful, most merciful for mu'minin, yeah. Okay. If you could just explain the Bahrain, yeah, from the one's the prophethood, yeah, and the other one is what? Imamah al-ubudiyyah. Imamah, the slave of Allah, the slave servant, to be how to be a servant of Allah with the two rivers, the prophethood and the slave of Allah.
Yeah, the first two rivers are Musa. Look the name, rivers, Musa and Khodr, over there oceans. Bigger. Yeah. Because all rivers where they go? To the ocean. To the main ocean. Imam Ja'far, our sixth Imam, peace be upon him. He said like the certain. Yeah, the certain, yeah. So all they go to the ocean. So one of them is the big huge ocean and the second one, but both they don't mix. They shouldn't be mixing. Does that have any significance to the two oceans now? Have you heard about the two oceans?
Yeah, this What's the relationship? Physical ocean? Yeah, physical ocean. Now, even let's say ones, I'll show you a picture. They look the density of it is different, so they don't overlap. Doesn't talk about how like 1400 years ago how waters don't. They don't make I told you, what we live in a place, I told you before called "Alam al-Suwar". "Alam al-Suwar", it's 1% of what the reality behind the behind is doing. Every single thing in earth is presented by those Imams.
Even oceans is present. Let's say, "Bahr al-Mayyit" over there, it shouldn't be called "Bahr al-Mayyit", but the most it has the most next to the in between Egypt that place, there's too much salt in it. You know, it has a significance in in different dimension. I don't want to mention it now, people not prepared, but even in different ocean they have the the density of this water is different. Why? Because it it is it is presented by a secret. You know what I mean? Yeah everything we have now, it has a secret behind it. It will be unlocked.
And those two ocean reality don't don't really mix, even two waters they don't mix. But let's say now, you bring uh a little bit from that first type of water and second one, and just put them in a jar, they will mix. They will. They will mix, yeah. Then how this has happened? If if they're different density like you said, why they didn't mix in a ocean? But now in a small jar they mix. Why you took them from the main frequency? They have frequency. There's something behind that.
Energy energy, it's keeping them away, not just the density. Water is same thing, water is water. If you bring them, you put them in one bowl, they will become same thing. For us people, they just have different density. Yeah, but the problem as I told you, you they those people, even Tamiya followers, they they go watch discovery channel. Discovery channel said this ocean didn't mix with this ocean, immediately they come to the Quran and say, you see look, they didn't meant.
That's true, yeah. But they didn't ask further question. What if we get two samples? They will mix or not? They will mix. Scientists now they're they're so like surprised, why they're not mixing? It's not the density, the water is water. Different different salt type, no. It shouldn't, water is water. Why why why there's a place that they're not mixing? So here we can tell them, look, the Quran would say. Here we can tell them, look, because it's it's vibrating different energy and every ocean, it is presented by someone.
Who's those someone's? Imams (a). Every ocean? Yes, every ocean. There's only seven oceans. Yeah, the main There's seven seas. Seven seas. You know that there we have Imam Batin and Imam Zahir, too. Imams, let's say Imam Hasan (a), he is the one, he is in in the eyes of Allah (swt), he is equal or better a little bit than Imam Hussein. Why? But he was Batin. He is the one who prepared Imam Hussein to come. Baqir and Sadiq, even you see like there's Batin and Zahir. One of the Imam, he prepared the second one. Let's say Imam Hasan Al-Askari, he prepared Imam Al-Mahdi.
You know, now if you go follow Imam Hasan Al-Askari story, rare things to find about him. He didn't do much except raising Imam Mahdi and preparing Imam Mahdi. So that's why seven, you know? Exactly, yeah. So that's why there's only seven ocean, but there's I told you, there's always reflection for it. And and and I heard that like Surah al-Fatiha in seven lines, it represents Imams. Yeah, I just it's 14 Imams, but I just told you, yeah, I just told you, because even with the Fatiha, now I'm going to I don't want to open the subject, but inshallah we'll talk about it later.
There's letter used in it. If you count it all, there's seven different seven only seven letter that wasn't used in Surah al-Fatiha, what we call them "Sawaqit al-Fatiha". And with those seven Arabic letters, we can do many things on them, too. Even even Fatiha you take it, you you you see it you see in the alphabet that it was used, and some of them are used, and some of them he didn't use. So there's seven he didn't use. And mostly those seven, they for the hell fire. And those seven letter they open something in the hell fire.
So subhanallah, even Surah al-Fatiha was Allah (swt) that even if you read it so pure that none of none of this letter inside it will be something related to the to the hell. Which are the seven letters you know on top? You can know on Google. They call it "Sawaqit al-Fatiha". Sawaqit? Sawaqit, you know, anything those letter didn't go inside al-Fatiha. I have a question that has nothing to do with this election, is are we done just because we're going? Are we done? Do we have any other questions about the lecture tonight before I go on a different subject?
Yeah, Sallallahu 'ala sayyidina Muhammad wa 'ala alihi tayyibin at-tahirin because I'm still
